Health Transport Partners was founded with a single goal: to improve patient health and well-being while providing non-emergency medical transportation services to York County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Every idea starts first with a problem.
Ours was simple: not all health transport needs are emergencies.
In fact, most of them are not. Local 911 ambulance services are optimized for rapid deployment and mobile emergency medical care… it’s what they do best.
But what about all those non-emergency calls? Deploying a 911 ambulance staffed with two EMTs or paramedics to transport patients to a satellite facility for an appointment means that ambulance can’t respond to an emergency call when needed – and that is risky.

Paying Your Bill
Our commitment to all our patients is that they receive the best possible service from start to finish. If you have a question about a bill or submitting to insurance, we’re here to help and will do our best to answer any questions.
In most cases, medical insurance will cover the cost of your transport with billing processed through Quick Med Claims. If you have specific questions about your bill or would like to make a payment, please visit our Patient Payment Portal. We know providing the best possible service to all patients starts before transport even begins and it starts with your, or your loved ones, well-being. To ensure top-level care, accountability and transparency, we work closely with medical personnel from pick-up to drop-off.
The Physician Certification Statement (PCS) outlines the medical necessity of the transportation and is required for most non-emergency ambulance transports from facilities.
